How long does it take to set up Tradeways?
Most tradespeople are up and running in under 5 minutes. Sign up, add your business details, and you can start creating jobs and adding clients straight away. If you need to import existing data, our support team can help.
Can I import my existing client data?
Yes. You can import clients and jobs via CSV, or we can help you migrate from another system. Contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process so nothing gets left behind.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted, stored on secure servers, and we follow industry best practices. We’re committed to keeping your and your clients’ information safe.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer training or support?
Yes. Tradeways includes a Help Centre with step-by-step docs, an in-app AI helper for quick questions, and support tickets when you need the team to look into something directly.
