How to request deletion
Tradeways users can ask us to delete their personal data by contacting us directly. There is no self-serve delete button — email us and we will handle the request.
Send an email to info@tradeways.co.uk with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address linked to your Tradeways account so we can find your records.
What happens next
We will process your request within 30 days. When deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address you used for the request.
Some information may need to stay on our systems for a short time where the law or essential business records require it. If that applies to your request, we will say so in our reply.
